
Private Credit - Global Rental Income Assets
Objective
The Greystar Credit Opportunities Fund II (GO II) targets 11-13% + Gross IRR with ~10% Distribution Yield. Term = 5 years with extensions. Fund Size = US$1.25bn with Aus & NZ Private Wealth and Family Office segment being able to access Greystar for the first time alongside global institutional investors. Attractive base rates combined with a more defensive position in the capital stack enable multi-family credit investors to achieve favourable relative returns and current income in an inflation protected investment, noting Greystar originate senior, mezzanine and preferred equity investments collateralized by conventional Multi-Family, Student Housing, contiguous Single-Family Build-to-Rent, and Active Adult rental housing.
